Lucie wore probably the most exquisite dress as well as for those of you not within the know but looking over this now, Emma Beaumont is one of probably the most talented independent couture designers within the UK. I adore this sequence of tender moments from the bridesmaids and father from the bride seeing the bride to be in all her resplendence, just wonderful…

After surprising her by having a vintage car, Lucie's father accompanied her to the ceremony at Kent Registry Office, to the sound of 'Can't Help Falling In Love by Kina Grannis.

"Joe and I met through your retail store whenever we were home for that summer after university Joe proposed Portugal, which is our favorite place and somewhere we continue our holiday each year. Joe proposed in front of my loved ones, coupled with also organized champagne in a beautiful hotel along with a perfect dinner around the marina! He also then surprised me if I take me to some beach restaurant where my buddies were hiding to surprise me. He also planned a surprise engagement party after we returned home."

"I ensured myself, bridesmaids mum all had matching bracelets, and hair clips to tie our outfits together. I also ensured to give my father and Joe special cufflinks using the wedding date engraved."

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"I would say, take into account the details, because they make your wedding unique and special for you. Make probably the most of the times you receive together only the two of you throughout your day. Don't take into account things you can't control e.g. the elements."
